Privacy Policy

This website (ofekestrin.com, the "site") is operated by Ofek Estrin, a landing page designer and developer ("I"). I respect your privacy and protect the information you share, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.

By using the site and submitting the form you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details.

Details you voluntarily submit in the contact form: name and phone number. You are not required to provide them, but without them I cannot get back to you.

Along with your request, the site also stores the language you browsed in, the page the form was sent from, the traffic source (e.g. a campaign or referring site) and the time.

Anonymous visit counting: the site counts how many visits arrive each day and from which source, without storing IP addresses, personal identifiers or cookies. It is used only to measure the site's conversion rate.

Traffic measurement via Vercel Analytics, a tool that uses no cookies and does not identify visitors personally.

If third-party advertising and analytics tools are enabled on the site (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel), they may collect technical usage data through cookies, under those providers' own privacy policies.

Data is stored with service providers acting on my behalf, solely for the purposes above:

Vercel: hosting and anonymous traffic measurement.

Supabase: the database where requests are stored, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

CallMeBot: a service that sends me a WhatsApp message with your name and phone number when a new request arrives, so I can reply quickly.

Some providers operate outside Israel, so your data may be transferred to and stored outside Israel, as permitted by law.

The site itself only stores what it needs to work: your language choice (a cookie named lang), your accessibility settings, and a marker that you already saw the intro animation and that your visit was counted.

Third-party advertising and analytics tools, if enabled, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect parts of the experience.

Request details are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and are deleted on request or once no longer needed.

Access to the data is limited to me and protected by secure sign-in, and all traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, however, and absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

You may request to access, correct or delete your data by writing to ofekewebdesign@gmail.com. I will handle your request as soon as possible.

If you believe your rights under the Privacy Protection Law were infringed, you may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

I may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the site applies, and the last update date appears at the top of the page.
